Why Cinderlands

Our food and beer are crafted to enhance the experience: a balanced mix of familiar and creative.

Our first location opened in December 2017 on Butler Street in Lawrenceville. In 2019 we opened Cinderlands Warehouse in the Strip District, and in 2021 the Wexford Taproom. At every spot we aim for a friendly neighborhood environment where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Joe Kiefer, cooks a menu aligned with the seasons and full of local products; the brewing team, led by Head Brewer Paul Schneider, makes both classic and innovative beers.

How hiring works

Three steps to your first shift

  1. 1

Pick a role and apply online

Every posting has its own application. Tell us about yourself, attach a resume if you have one, and send it; it goes straight to the hiring manager for that role.

  2. 2

    We read every application

The manager for the kitchen, the events team or the floor reads each one and reaches out directly. If nothing is open yet, your application stays on file for the next wave.

  3. 3

Come in and meet the team

An interview at the Warehouse, and for kitchen roles a working shift on the line. Then an offer, a start date and your first shift meal.

Nothing that fits right now?

Apply anyway. We keep every application on file.

Front of house and kitchen roles open in waves through the year. Send an application through either page and we will reach out when the next spot opens.
