Kind words

The food (two boards, taco bar, dessert platters) and drinks were outstanding, everyone loved it all. The service was also fantastic, everything went smoothly!

Holiday parties, answered

How early should we book a holiday party?

As early as you can. December weekends go first, and the Upper Level in particular. If your dates are flexible, tell us on the form: a party in January, after the rush, is the easiest way to get the room you want.

How many people can you host?

Up to 28 at table in the Lounge, 40 at High Top Dining, 70 seated or 110 mingling on the First Floor, 200 seated or 250 mingling on the Upper Level, and 300 seated or 400 mingling with the whole Warehouse.

What is the food like?

Our culinary team writes a hearty, refined menu with you: hors d'oeuvres and dinner, served buffet style and overseen by our staff. Menus can be customized for special requests, allergies and dietary preferences. The full banquet menu comes with the info packet.

Can we have an open bar?

Yes. The full bar pours 10 to 16 Cinderlands beers on draft, a sommelier-curated list of Pennsylvania wines, cider, seltzers and cocktails made with Pennsylvania-distilled spirits. Open bar, drink tickets or a cash bar can all be arranged with our Event Coordinator.

Can we have a DJ, speeches or a slideshow?

Yes. The Upper Level has room for a DJ and a dance floor, a microphone is included with every event, and the First Floor has a 120-inch projector and screen and four 65-inch HDTVs (the Lounge has a 55-inch TV with HDMI).

Is there anything to do besides eat and drink?

The First Floor has a built-in bocce court, shuffleboard, foosball and cornhole, and every space looks into the working brewery.

How long do we have the space?

Three hours, not including set-up time. Longer parties can be arranged with our Event Coordinator.

Where do guests park?

In the garage at The HUB at 3 Crossings next door, or on the street. The Warehouse is a short ride from Downtown and the Convention Center.

Is the Warehouse accessible?

Yes. Step-free entrance, an elevator to the Upper Level and private restrooms.

Can we hold it somewhere smaller or north of the city?

Yes. Long Story Short in Lawrenceville, our neighborhood bar with pool, darts and pinball, holds up to 80, and the Wexford Taproom can be yours for the evening, with a fire pit on the patio and your own catering welcome. Both are on the Private Events page.

What happens after I send the inquiry?

You get the info packet by email, menus included, and our Event Coordinator follows up to hold a date and walk the space with you.
