Cinderlands Warehouse

Located in the Strip District, Cinderlands Warehouse is our second craft brewery and scratch kitchen.

The Warehouse is all about big ideas. Beers that we produce here are as assertive as they are balanced. Food that we prepare here is hearty and generous in portion sizes. The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic. The space is massive and features a 15bbl production brewery, lagering tanks, a canning line - all overseen by head brewer, Paul Schneider. The Warehouse features two 40+ft long bars with sixteen draft lines, featuring the wide array of beer styles that we produce.

Additionally, our space houses a 3000 square foot kitchen - run by Executive Chef Joe Kiefer - with a 400lb smoker (that’s a lot of meat), dedicated prep area and walk-in coolers. With (seasonally available) seating for up to 350 people, the Warehouse manages to invite lots of folks in without ever seeming crowded. Bring your friends down to enjoy some games on our first floor, complete with a built-in Bocce court, dome hockey, shuffleboard and more. When the weather is nice, you can soak up the sun on the second floor covered and heated patio. The second floor also features great views into the brewery production space, so you can take a look at how our liquid is produced. Can’t wait to see you.
