Hiring now$21+/hr, based on experience. At least one year on a professional line. We run an all-call expo system, so remembering calls and communicating clearly with fellow cooks and chefs is a must.
$20+/hr, based on experience. Solid knife skills, attention to detail, and the discipline to work a prep list start to finish. Kitchen experience preferred; we will train the right person.
